About Peel Business Park

Western Australia is Australia’s largest State, taking up a third of the country. Its capital, Perth, shares its time zone with 60% of the world’s population, and is Australia’s gateway to Asia with its close proximity to the region.

Located just 70km south of Perth in the Shire of Murray, lies the Peel region, home to diverse natural resources and a wealth of business and surrounding agricultural industry.

Strategically placed 10kms east of Mandurah, Western Australia’s largest regional city, Peel Business Park has been innovatively designed and will be sustainably built to become the new home of agri innovation in Western Australia, offering easy access to extensive road networks across the entire State and globally connected with ports and airports nearby.

The 1,000 hectare Business Park is the first of three stages in the integrated Transform Peel initiative; encompassing the 42,000 hectare Peel Food Zone and the Peel Integrated Water initiative, each funded by State Government.

DevelopmentWA promotes, offers and assists on a range of local, State and Federal Government incentives for business and investment attraction for Peel Business Park. Incentives will be offered on a qualification basis and range from deferred land payments and case management support services, to cash incentives and rebates.
