OP Properties and Hillam Architects will deliver the first apartment development at DevelopmentWA’s East Village at Knutsford, after being named as the successful proponent for the first of the precinct’s two multi-unit sites.
The proposed development will be a landmark building located on Lot 2 on the north west corner of Knutsford Street and Montreal Street in Fremantle. It will be the largest development to date within the broader 30ha Knutsford redevelopment area.
